ANNUAL REPORT 2025-26
A very delightful good evening to everyone gathered here. It is my proud privilege to extend a warm and heartfelt welcome to our esteemed Chief Guest, Prof. Dilip Kumar Patnaik, Vice Chancellor-Medicaps University the honourable directors and members of the school management committee, respected dignitaries, distinguished guests, respected parents, dedicated staff and my dear students of Shri Devi Ahilya Shishu Vihar school.
It is my profound honor to present before you the remarkable and unwavering ascent of our school’s achievements. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each one of you for playing an intergral role in this glorious journey of 49 years moving towards the Golden Jubilee.
The annual report not only highlights the remarkable achievements of our school but also provides valuable insights, encouraging us to reflect deeply on areas for further enhancement.
I commence with an overview of the academic performance in board classes X and XII.
In class X Ms. Disha Sankhala secured I position with 94.60% marks and Ms. Ayushi Narware secured II position with 93% marks. 68 students obtained I division marks in CBSE board.
In class XII 42 students secured I division marks. Ms. Prachi Likhar secured I position with 84.80% marks in Science group and second position was secured by Ms. Nitya Neema with 79.40% marks. In commerce group Master Avish Agrawal secured I position with 97.20% marks and Ms. Neha Variyani secured II position with 85.60% marks.
As a part of our ongoing commitment to nurture leadership skills in students, the student council was established. Upholding our cherished tradition. Students are divided into four houses. Raman House, Ramanujan House, APJ House and Bose House. The Investiture ceremony was officiated by our esteemed Alumunus Dr. Ranjeet Agrawal, M.S. (Ortho.).
Coming to the acheivements in various competitions
In Inspire Manak Award organised by the government of India for innovative ideas, this year I am extremely glad to announce that at district level Master Atharv Vatre & Ms. Aarna Jain and of class X and XI won Rs. 10000/- each and further more Aarna Jain is again selected for the state level. She made a project for women security at work place.
In the same context, students Atharv Jain and Siftee Saluja of class XI and XII secured positions at district level and state level in CBSE science exhibition. The theme of the exhibition was “Natural Farming”, and our students presented a project titled “Agri Rover”. Miss Aakanksha Malviya served as their mentor. Again on 7th & 8th Februrary, both of them participated at national level science exhibition organised by CBSE at Gurgaon.
A reel competition was organised by CBSE. and I’m extremely thrilled to announced that Osheen Sahu, Class XI secured position at national level.
On 26th January, Dr. Rupesh Modi, Leading Pulmonologist of Indore presided the function of Republic Day and announced five prestigious awards for the students named Vardhaman Puraskar in the memory of his beloved father Shri Hemchandraji Modi for ethics and high moral character.
To serve a nation is like serving god. Our esteemed alumunus Ritesh Rajput is being selected for the indian navy submarine division and also conducted a session for the students to inspire and guide them for the defence services.
In Senior Bal Vigyan our students participated in Computers, Social Science, Physics and Chemistry Bal Vigyan and exhibited their innovative ideas and appreciated by the judges.
In English debate inter school competition organised by Sarafa Vidya Niketan Ansh Patel of class X won I prize with a trophy and a certificate.
In another english debate competition organised by Sahodaya, Ms. Vaijayanti Sajnani and Bhumi Singh Chouhan participated and spoke very well.
Aarav Yadav of class II also participated in Show and Tell competition organised by Sahodaya. and performed very well.
For winning awards, our teachers are also working too hard and as a result Ms. Sandeepa Mishra our Hindi PGT participated enthusiastically in Debate Competition hosted by Ahilya Utsav Samiti, Indore.
At school level various competitions like Debate, Greeting Card Making, Bhajan Competition, Poem Recetitation, Fancy Dress etc. are always conducted. This year an inter house startup and best idea presentation was also organised to make children aware about business ideas to nurture their insightful thinking and vision.
Now coming to the sports competition I am proud to share that Tanishq Chouhan of class IX participated at State level basket ball competition.
Krishna Rajoria and Ishika Karnik of class IX, participated in district level Baseball competition and were selected for state level. Aarush Singh Parihar of class IX participated in block level Baseball competition. Devesh Parmar of class VII participated in State level baseball competition and secured II position and won silver medal. Mitanshi Daur of class VIII participated in block level Kho-Kho competition.
Atharv Sharma of class IX participated at district level Softball competition and was selected for state level.

Ishani Yadav and Ananya Valecha of class VIII participated in block level Tackwondo competition.
On 05th August a session was addressed by the director Dr. George Thomas, from Vaishnav Institute of Management, Indore on Water conservation to make children aware about the significance of water and its conservation.
Our school organised a vibrant summer camp for students, featuring activities such as dance, yoga and personality development. The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from many students, making it a truly enriching and enjoyable experience.
The management of our school took the initiative to ogranized an Alumni meet on 05th October 2025. Many former students from various batches gathered for the event, which included a well planned programme to connect and communicate with each other. The alumni visited school and recalled their cherished memories. Many of them made a committment to contribute for the school at all levels.
A session on “Say No to Drugs” for classes XI and XII was conducted by ACP Mr. Hemant Chouhan. During the session, Sir enlightened the students about the detrimental effects of drug abuse and emphasize the importance of staying vigilant and making responsible choices. He encouraged them to maintain a healthy lifestyle and remain aware of the consequences associated with such practices.
One more session on Cyber Safety was organised by Mr. Rajesh Dandotiya Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police in Indore crime branch. He informed about various types of cyber crime and explained the measures they can take to protect themselves.
To create an enriched professional environment, Shri Cloth Brokers’ Association Trust has signed memorandum of understanding with Medicaps University, Indore and we are very much assured that this partnership leverage the resources and expertise of both institutions for the academic upliftment of mentors and students as well. This collobration will definitely explore opportunities in research and training for the students of our school.
Our mentors, Ms. Kiran Tiwari, Ms. Aditi Handa, Ms. Sandhya Choubey, Ms. Sandeepa Mishra, Ms. Ankita Parmal, Ms. Malini Agashe, Ms. Priyanka Sisodiya, Ms. Pranjali Lathi and many more attended various workshops organised by COE, Bhopal.
As the principal of the school, this is my accountability to sharpen my skills and upgrade my knowledge to guide teachers and students. To hold this responsibility, I have taken sessions as a Resource Person under COE, Bhopal at Sehore, Mhow, Ujjain, Bhopal, Tarana etc. on Stress Management, Life Skills, National Curriculum Framework at foundational stage, Happy Classroom, Value Education etc.
I am extremely grateful to the management, parents, staff, students and other stakeholders for their support and trust.Your constant engagement and prompt communication is significantly impacting student growth achievement.
